      Check your reasons for having high BP and elimate them.

      Do you smoke?
      Do you drink?
      Do you get 8 hrs of sleep every day?
      Coffee? how much?
      Stress? how much?

      You get where I'm going, check out the variables and elimate em one by one.

        2) Yes, but not too much
        3) yes- 2-3 cups a day
        4) not very much at all

        Big Mikey- I dont plan on running any deca thias time around, thats for a winter cycle.

        HB- Me and prop get along very well, i've used it in every one of my cycles (3) and love that shit! about the shirt, i'm born a raised pure trailer trash, if the shirt doesn't have any holes in it i wont wear it...You seen my 40 of old E anywhere?

        02-There is no scientific evidence to support cardio activity on an empty stomach is any better than having something in it to fuel your session. But for you, i shall try it and give it 120%

                    cardio on an empty stomach may be a mental thing i have nate...but as much as you can stand works for me...i do it till im a sweat hog!!

                        as far as my diet goes, i dont really have a set plan. I dont eat shitty foods/trans fats or bad carbs. I dont like sweet things/candy or snack foods. I dont really pay attention to much bc of that. All i make sure i get is protien intake (200-250 a day), my carbs (@ 300 a day) and my calories ( 6k or so, wich will most definately go down) and my water.
                        Once i start i will have my wife who has vast knowledge of dieting dial me in with a sweet set up...

                          That is 2475 calories from protein and carbs. That is cool that your wife will set you up on the diet. I am not that technical...
