If you are having trouble staying logged in when navigating between forums/topics/etc., you need to reset your session cookie. Go into your browser and delete any cookie for the site them log back in. This should fix the login issue.
After reading this board for a while last night and today and talking to a few different trrainers, a few of which have competed I decided I would try an ephedra product. The general idea I got from them was zenadrine or hydroxycut. The head trainer at my gym uses xenadrine but his job permits him from recommending it to any members. Which would you guys use? Zenadrine or hydroxycut? or something else altogether?
start with a low dose and work it up if u feel right doing it.
do it 12 on and 12wks off.....or else it s pretty risky for your health, i mean very dangerous.
or you may try just using it b4 working out.
dont use it after 5 or you wont b able to sleep
I work nights and then work out in the morning before bed. I work til 8 and usually spend from 8:30 to 10 at the gym then home to bed. Will taking it at like 5 am be ok?
Take it early in the morning if you want to sleep at night. But in your case you sleep in the morning so I wouldnt take it that time .... What worked best for me was 1 tab a day for 7 days, 2 tabs a day for week, the 3 tabs a day for 6 weeks then get off for two weeks. You need to find out what dose is best for you. I found that after the first month was when I started to see more results.

go for the ephedra kind, it acts better and has a better kick if u go for xenadrine.....diet fuel is also a good procuct, as a matter of fact my favorite.
