  • Winny for Cutting and Motocross

    Hello gents,

    Im looking to cut up, Im doing 1.5 hrs cardio per day "Airdyne and swimming". I eat real clean and still holing fat in mid section..

    I race Pro motocross and need to get really ripped...

    I have set up my work out as follows-

    Mon- 15 reps of everthing--and I Mean everything..no more than
    1 minn between sets..Just on big giant set

    Thurs-Ditto

    Im 5-10 and 180

    What would you guys recommend as far as winny for cutting?

    winny wont help you loose the fat around your stomach, and it may have a negative effect on your performance , because it is responsible for dry joints in many who take it.


    I'm not sure I like your training method..seems like too much cardio, and your strength program doesnt sound very good..your only lifting weights twice a week?

      i think redoing your workout would be more benefitial than gear for what you are trying to do. JMO

        how about diet? that could be your key there. I would try test before winny, along with a different work out program. Test has been shown to induce fat loss, winny may be called a cutting drug but it wont do jack if your diet is not in check. AAS dont cut, diet does. IMO workout at least 3 times a week, try carb cycling (go to cuttingedgemuscle.com do a search under "Jguns Super Cutter) and maybe a little test. Say 400 mg of ethanate weekly.

                Hey Bro, good to see a fellow racer on the board. France heh? I also race MX. I thought that juicing would be the downfall of my racing, seeing that it gives you pumps up your arms and all. But thats not been the case. It made me feel stronger on the bike. although I am feeling the arm pump a little more. Cardio is where its at for MX. Lift light, lots of reps. Are you going to race in the US?

                  I use to race. I couldn't imagine a race while on dbol or fina. The pumps would hurt!

                    I don't mean to be a smartass but winny is not your answer. If I were you I would reaccess my goals and do much more research before arriving at that conclusion. Just a suggestion but nothing takes the place of diet and circuit training for cutting.

                      Thanks for the reply guys, My work out as far as weights is ok..
                      2 days a week with one big giant set is perfect..I swim for one
                      hour after. I look like a BB now...

                      My diet is very clean...very clean..We have a Team MD and he
                      is very up on diet..as he is ex world champ.

                      I use a ECA stack, B 12 injets, Multi-Via ..

                      Arm pump is not a problem, I ride 2-3 hrs per day and Cat has
                      done a good job on bikes for 03.

                        You dont need any type of aas for what you are doing. If your training and diet are in check you should be fine. When I raced I could'nt possibly have any fat from all the riding and running etc. Just ride bro.
