I have heard on this board, that you are supposed to eat like a cow when on your bulk phase. But, I'm the kinda guy that gains weight frome wathing people eat. Right now, I am eating six times a day. High protien. Low carb. What do ya think?
thanks,
Newb
no no no, I gain weight but, its not all muscle. I have some friends who eat all day and cant gain anything. I gain muscle and fat more easier than them. I was just saying I have always been a big guy. I could bench 315 and leg press 790 natuarally, but I have never been under 18 % body fat. I just wanted to know if it was a good idea to eat so much since I have a hard time keeping the fat off. i do cardio 3 times a week too.
sometimes if you diet and shed some unwanted fat you will look bigger. (not to mention better) if you are still gaining muscle off high protein and low carb then go for it.
