sustanon frontloading? doseage split or at once?

i picked up :2gunsfiri a bunch of durateston250 yellow red and blue ring around teh neck of the amp made by Organon, i heard alot abotu frontloading like 750 mgs the 1st week and then down to 500 a week, is this a good idea about teh front load theroy and also is it better to inject 500mgs once a week or 250mgs twice week? what is more effective for the body to blast it with 500 or keep levels consistant?

2x per week. I don't like to frontload test. I prefer to "jumpstart" with a different compound.

Some prefer to front load it to get serum levels to increase more quickly; but as HB said; I would just pick a fast acting metabolite to use at the beginning if you want a "jumpstart"

HERE WE GO AGAIN...

Those values in that chart in the link you posted are absolute BULLSHIT. Look at day 1. It says that on day 1 you inject 250mg of sustenon and you have 190mg in the bloodstream????????!!!!!!!!!!!!
We all know that it will take longer than 1 day to get 190mg into the bloodstream. It is simple exponential decay (half life) math.

I don't know what algorithm is being used to generate those numbers, but DO NOT THINK THEY ARE WORTH MORE THAT DIRT!

What little amount of prop and pprop you get in the course of a week, it would not matter much anyway. It is not a "waste", just not taking full advantage of all the esters.

I would not recommend sust unless you plan on doing 750mg/ew or more...
