no, just the 6iu PWO. I'm takin a little more than 10g of sugar per IU. yesterday i took 68g of sugar for 6ius

PWO slin went fine today. no dizziness at all. used grape juice again, about 68g of sugar for 6ius of slin. got a small tub of cell-tech to try out next week. gh is def kickin in. im sleeping really good and wakin up fresh. skin seems a little tighter around the face and arms. not noticin much fat loss yet, since im a bit bloated. im on week 5 of gh, will increase to 3iu after week 6.
up'd GH to 3iu's, 8iu slin PWO. So far so good. im 212 bloated. I feel and look fat to my eyes. my face is round and pudge. dropped the prop, will cruise with test and deca for another 6 weeks. im up 12 pounds, on week 9 of aas. im guessing around 5 of it is water. diets been ok calorie wise, but not very clean. i had 7 egg whites, 1 whole egg, ham and cheese on a wheat wrap, a quart of 2% milk and a scoop of peanut butter. 50g protein shake and cottage cheese for snack, philly cheese steak with 14oz steak, fries and V8 for lunch, 50g protein shake for snack, no workout today so will skip carb/protein PWO, dinner having 2 chicken breast with veggies and probably a yogurt and peanut butter before bed.
wow, def feelin 3iu's. both my hands were nuuuuumb last night. feet are noticebly swollen. checked bp, not horrible, 130/90. im gonna stay at 3iu for the rest of the week and see how i do. i started to divy up shots today, see if that helps. ill try to get pics this weekend.
week 9 of gh. loving it! sleepin like a baby. muscle density is very apparent. im noticing fat loss on the lower abs. its not diet, i can tell you that much. localized fat loss is definetly there. keepin 8ius slin for the next week, then going off for 4 weeks. i have 2 weeks left of deca and test e/cyp. im switchin to tren/prop/var again. im hoping to get off most of the bloat by the first week of july. i have a big event in florida that week and want to look as good as possible. this morning i weighed in at 216 from 198 when i started. i guess half the weight gained is bloat. so far im very happy. not stayin as lean as I would have liked...but..oh well. ive been on 9 weeks of gh, almost 4 weeks of slin and 13 weeks on test e/cyp deca. i made a quick jump in weight when i started the slin. ive been getting a few comments, some nicer than others. after the tren/prop/var, about 12 weeks or so, im gonna go with gh/slin alone for awile.
