hey guys, how are you supposed to be taking clen and var? what i mean is, if im doing 100mcg of clen ed, do i take the pills all at once? or do i spread it out during the day? same question for the var!

spread it out over the day but i wouldn't take the clen past 3-4 p.m. it will be hard for you to sleep! how many millagrams are you taking? what mcgs pills are you taking? -

the var you only have to split twice ed. I take one in the morning and one mid afternoon. how much mgs are you taking?Comment
