  • Criticize my plan

    II am thinking about the following cycle. It will be broken into 3 phases.

    Phase 1 (250 Test E for 6 weeks) This phase will be for dropping some body fat and building endurance

    Phase 2 (Test/Tren/EQ – 500/500/600 for 16 weeks) Adding size and strength

    Phase 3 (Test E only 500x2weeks/400x2weeks/300x2weeks/200x2weeks) Here I will gradually drop the test to allow my body to adapt to the new weight

    I am considering a few additions, but this will be the base of it. What do you think? Criticize away

    Two prior cycles.
    1) Prop/Winny - 8 weeks

      I don't like the first 6 weeks. I would just go with the test/tren/eq from the very beginning. Depending on how your ability to recover, you may want to use HCG. But I am sure you know if you need that or not since you have done a long cycle before.

        When you get time tell me why HB. I have never seen anyone recommend a build up or a tapering off, I am just brain storming here

        For reference, most males produce 2 to 10 mg of Test a day, I am on the low end

          I have an arsenal of PCT, including hcg and proviron, after the last I had about two weeks where I was not happy, but after that I bounced back like a tiger

            the "tapering up" is already happening when you start the cycle. It takes a few weeks for levels to become "saturated" and delivering a "steady amount" of the compound into the system.

            If it were my cycle, I would do 500mg/test, 500mg EQ in the beginning. Your goals are to cut fat and build endurance. This stack would be great for that. Once you are satisfied with your body fat levels and endurance, you could add the tren. I wouldn't recommend tren for your endurance phase.

            The AAS naturally "tapers off" when the administration of the compounds stop. It probably would not be necessary to taper them off yourself.

            These are just my opinions. I prefer to keep things simple. If you are going to stay on that long, you might as well keep the levels high enough to make gains all the way through.

                its different which is not bad. i usually just stick with what works. if u do run it like this i would be interested in u posting on how its going and your final results. so the first weeks are to cut and not go catabolic. then your cycle but the tappering down is what confuses me. your on 30 weeks im sure your body will be adjusted to the weight.

                  I don't know if you have a hard time recovering SE, but if you do and also have low test, id drop the tren/deca. Other than that it looks good to me. The hrt kinda thing will not hurt you, but i don't think it will help in the beginning at least. I personally would do the hrt thing at the end and just start the test/eq/ and whatever in the beginning. Maybe use an oral or IM Winstrol or Var instead of the tren/deca.

                    It looks good from the beginning; the prop will make it work nicely.

                    the end is the only thing i don't like as much. The gradual tapering down isn't going to accomplish that much since your body will be used to the high levels, and you won't notice results from the smaller amounts. Also, taking weeks to go from 500 to 200 mg isn't going to help that much either. you're going to have suppressed test production regardless. Taking 6 weeks to taper down isn't going to be as effective as getting your natural test production stimulated in 3 weeks.

                    I would simply go from 500 mg in week 23 to 200 mg in week 24 and 50 or 100 mg in week 25. HCG I find is effective around the time of the last shot to a week after with enanthate. That way there's still 3 weeks till the levels truly drop. The LH/FSH in the HCG is crucial in stimulating the leydig cells to produce more testosterone.

                          First let me know about the prop you mentioned. Are you running that too in the start? If so - how much, how long?

                            probably 100 mg eod, although that would be more than the 250 Test E
