If your growth plates are closed then you can't do anything about.

If you're growth plates aren't closed yet, then you can use a high dose of HGH in combination with a lot of calcium, vit D and high protein diet.

Don't play god. There have been some real horror stories of people using GH to get taller or even to grow muscle at a young age such as yourself. At your age..your bone plates may be closed...they may not. Imagine some bone plates being closed and some not. It happens. Don't fuck with GH until you're older.
