  • Tren/Prop cycle help.

Ok so I decided to this cycle again so I could cut some and put on some lean mass at the same time. How do you guys recommend cutting with this? Should I step up the cardio or should I go on a low carb diet for a few weeks? Right now Im just eating a lot of clean food and Im not losing any fat. Im already out on the lake for this summer, Im not fat at all, I just want my abs back. 3 weeks in the cycle so far, Im at 235lbs and 6'4" with about 11% bf.

I would go with low intensity cardio 3-4 days a week. I like doing cardio first thing in the morning on non-lifting days. 50 minutes total. 25/25 on two different machines to break up the boredom. I try to keep my heart rate at 60-70% of my max.

I thought if you go low carb that you lose fat and can actually gain some muscle?

very very very, did i say very? very very very had to lose fat and gain muscle at the same time. i would concentrate on just cutting and if you gain a pound of two of muscle, fiesta! only way to lose fat is by caloric deficit. you have to cut down your calories. start by cutting 500calories and see where that takes you. I'd do cardio in the AM on empty stomach. 30-45 min

I would agree with Fit its hard to lose fat while gain muscle unless you are on GH. I would concentrate on one or the other

Well sheeesh isnt that what tren does supposedly? They give it to cows before slaugter to add on muscle and cut fat, right? So should I just keep eating clean and wait for this shit to kick in? Im like a small cow. LOL. I lift 5 nights a week and I sweat my ass off from lifting so intensly.

If you're eatin as clean as you say, you'll start leaning out. cutting cycles traditionally are run to preserve muscle while you cut your calories down. trust me when i tell you, youll lose very little if any muscle while running tren/prop. its actually kind of scary how low you can drop calories and not lose muscle. i say eat clean for a few weeks, and see what the mirror tells you. if you're not losing enough fast enough, drop 500 calories from your current daily diet.

I think you'll be fine as long as your diet is in check. Throw the cardio in there 3-4 times per week. I usually go up to 50 minutes first thing in the morning. I suggest you start at 35-40 and adjust accordingly.

As for dropping carbs, I wouldn't suggest it. I would recommend more of a timed carb diet. This would mean eating carbs at specific times in the day. For example, I workout in the morning so my carb consumption is regulated to pre/post workout and two/three meals following. I stop eating carbs - or those carbs that have a significant impact on blood sugar - after 1200. From 1200 until I go to bed it's all protein and EFAs. Salads and green veggies are okay but no other sources of carbs. Do this along with your tren/prop cycle and you'll shred down!

Ok guys thanks. When I said low carb I didnt mean no carb. I still have my old fashioned oats in the morning with my eggs. I guess I'll try to drop calories, Im a huge asshole when I dont get my carbs. Im just used to eating so much, its going to be hard. Last night I ate a little over 1 lb of chicken breast tenders, whole wheat pasta with spaghetti sauce my roommate made from scratch and a huge spinch leaf salad. Oh! I have a shitload of clen, should I use that too? Haha. Thanks you guys are a big help.

Don't drop calories!!!! Just increase your activity by adding in the cardio. I swear you'll feel a lot better. Use the carbs (clean) your body will need them.

IG- whats the difference in taking in less cals and burning them off with cardio? Isnt that the same thing?

                        Re: Tren/Prop cycle help.

you need to burn more than you take in, period! either by doing more cardio and keeping calories the same, or cutting calories AND doing more cardio. Obviously, you'll lose more if you cut calories and up your cardio. You also may lose some muscle, but highly doubt it with tren/prop.
