if you had to write the rule what would you consider natural . as far as body building competitions. as far as hgh , t3 , cle, ala , clomid , yohimburne , etc. what is natural and what is not , is 300 grams of whey a day a natural thing ? any opinions on this ?

Anything we put in our body that causes abnormal conditions(ie. ephedra raising heart rate) is not natural IMO, including supplements.

natural is a very subjective word....over the counter is natural, as long as it s not banned by your organization or comitee,.any other than that is not natural.

I say anything not on the IOC banned substance list. That misses alot but there will alway be something they don't know about.
