unless you are almost at or very close to your target weight i think its over rated.

i like when u are dieting and personally i don't go over 120 mcg a day.... and i hate the side: i always cramp up no matter what i do, my neck, chest, triceps, biceps,lats and legs.....Comment

I also think it's over-rated. For me it doesn't work any better than ECA.
I ramp up to 120 or 140 mcg. I hate the sides.. but at least I don't have trouble sleeping on clen, whereas with ECA I'm awake at 4am.RIP BigJim33 & GearedUp: You are sorely missed my friends.
Hindsight is always 20/20. But looking back it's still a bit fuzzy.Comment

i really enjoy clen, i ramp from 40-120. I start at about 8-9% and can hit 7%. while putting on quality mass. it helps control the fat gain while on.Badasz1@Hushmail.comComment

I do not condone the use of, nor do I use anabolic or androgenic steroids. My participation on these boards is for informational purposes only. I have done extensive research of AAS and enjoy discussing them for role playing enjoyment.

ramp up to 140mcg, seems like the sides only last the first 3-4 days for me....but, i'm nervous and jerky most the time anyway

Clen is not over rated in my opinion. I dont get results from ECA's. At one point I was at 17-18%bf and after running clen for 8 weeks(2 on 2 off) I was at 14%( I also ran Enath,EQ, and t-3 with it, but i got awesome results). I plan on running a clen/t-3 cycle within the next 3 weeks. I'll let you know how it goes.Comment
