If you are having trouble staying logged in when navigating between forums/topics/etc., you need to reset your session cookie. Go into your browser and delete any cookie for the site them log back in. This should fix the login issue.
But what you think is eating right may not be. Post up a usual day of meals for you and your training schedule with reps and sets.
shake in the morning
1-2 cans of tuna in about 2 hours later with some green beans or green peas
1-2 grilled chicken breast for lunch green peas or green beans
2-3 hours after that i tuna again or i eat something good for doinner!!!! like a steak of hamburger steak
then shake after i go workout depeing on what time it is!

You definitely need to add two or more meals in there. What is in your post WO shake? You need to add one more meal after that PWO shake to get slow absorbing carbs and protein in your body. Also what do you eat before bed? And like I said before you need to add some red meat in there.

where are your carbs bro. if you wanna cut out carbs like what i'm doin you need to take in alot of fat. if thats what ur doin then turn on yahoo IM there is alot more to discuss than what we did already
Hey ByRon! I would seriously take a couple of wks first to evaluate diet and training get it consistant. Since i think you drank too much last night, lol, let your body recover for a bit. If you can't add other meals try to up cals in the ones you are eating. Post up the aas you do have in the mean time and let us know how many cycles you do have under your belt. I see no need to use 750mg/wk of eq if you have used it before with a lower dosage, winny you are running it too long 6 wks is enough, and if you haven't used it before id go with 40mg ed. Also,i know your going to run some test right?

I would definately wait until you have been training CONSISTENTLY for 8 weeks before adding AAS. You want to get your strength up BEFORE adding AAS to your training regimen. I am not a big fan of cycles without test either.
What are your goals anyway? I am talking about goals for 3-12 months down the road.
I agree w/ most of these people who are tryin to help u. first off u dont even give yourself enough protein through supplementing and eating, also u need to eat more. You said this isnt ur 1st cycle and u dont even kno how long to run it for and how many mgs a day (i recall u saying u wanted an oral winny cycle 4 8-10 weeks or something). Drop ut BF, train harder, and prepare urself 4 a cycle...then u will be real happy with ur results. Get a proper training schedule and diet and record in a journal or book. if u r considering taking a cycle of winstrol and EQ u need to consider if ur body is ready or not. Milk thistle wont help u as much as u think...i would consider and listen to people like Timma and others because ur only gonna hurt urself. Once u get ur diet and training schedule down (he is mine: mon-chest, forearms tues: biceps, back, wed: legs thurs: shoulders fri: triceps sat: rest sun: i have rugby games oh yeah and i do abs every other day). From this schedule i dropped my BF from 15% down to 8%. I went from 153 lbs. to 185 lbs (current weight) without taking any illegal products...oh yeah i am 5'8". Once ur body see gains from traing and eating...then i would cut up w. some oral winny for 6-8 weeks @ 50mgs a day w/ some EQ if u feel necessary...but i would add some test in there somewhere. remember train+eat+rest=success (1.5 grams of protein per pound of body weight) :2gunsfiri

I think he could use some more research...it would be necessary to supp. milk thistle to clear the toxins out of his liver as well as supp. glucosamine to keep his joints lubricated...(we all kno that good ol' winny the pooh is bad 4 ur joints)...that means get ur body ready and clean (preparing) 4 a cycle instead of rushing into it (which has no point)..........ALL I HAVE TO SAY IS TRAIN UR ASS OFF
