My current profile is:
Age 30
5'11"
176lbs
appx. 17% BF
I am currently in serious cardio mode trying to get my BF down to about 13-14%, I am also in fairly good shape strength wise and my training is kept very regular. Once I complete my BF goals I would like to do a beginners cycle with a goal/target of about 7-10lbs of muscle gain. I have a cycle in mind and would appreciate any recommendations/changes you may have in mind.
Weeks 1-4: D-bol, 30mg ED
Weeks 1-10: QV Test. Cypionate 400mg (Inject once a week)
Weeks 1-10: Nolvadex 20mg ED (Should I extend this into PCT??)
PCT: Clomid 50mg ED for 30 days
I was thinking of drawing the Test CYP with a 20g needle and injecting with a 25G needle.
I am worried about bloat so this is why I am planning on taking the Nolvadex ED. Should I be taking this for PCT as well? If so, for how long?
Please let me know what you think of this cycle and what changes could be made to make it more efficient.
