My most painful injection by GG?
My most painful injection happened about a year ago. It wasn't painful cause I hit a nerve, or cause it was painful gear. Or even because it was a difficult muscle to inject.
In fact, my most painful injection was a 2cc glute shot of practicly painless QFS enanthate.
So why did it hurt? Well lemme explain. You see...I was in the bathroom standing infront of the vanity, with my pants around my ankles, and all twisted up trying to hit my right glute. Inserted the pin... everything was fine. Aspirated...no blood, everything was fine. Started to push it in...again, smooth as butta! Was shaping up to be a tip-top experience when it hit me. The door that is... you see the Fiance decided she wanted into the bathroom and I hadn't locked the door. You can see where this is going. She flung the door open and I was lined up perfectly to use the pin hanging out of my glute as a doorstop. And this wasn't no gentle push on the door, she was walking into the bathroom and literally bouched the door off the pin, and in turn bounced the door off herself in the process.
The 1.5" pin was immediately sunk alot deeper than planned. I swear that shit bounced off of a bone or something. And then since the door wasn't lined up exactly perfect, the door pushed the pin sideways in the muscle. Bending the needle and tearing my glute all to shit in the process.
Man did that hurt.. and the bruise/bleeding was out of this world. Blood even flowed down so that it looked like my quad and the back of my knee were bruised.
Lesson learned the hard way I guess. Just a reminder to think outside of the box...I've been told to heat my gear, use a smaller pin, dilute with less painful gear, always use a new pin, etc. But never have I see someone say "Watch out for the door".
