I've been out of the weightlifting stuff for a little while and am getting ready for my next cycle. I just want to know what you guys have been doing as in dosages and duration of the humalog and also what is your eating schedule after your slin shot.

as a rule of thumb start low. 10 grams of high gi carbs per iu of slin. dont mess up on measuring i heard of a guy who tried to use a 3 cc barrel to shoot slin, that is asking to die. use 1/2 or 1/cc slin pins.
i must say that a question asking for this basic info shows you may not have done enough research. (no flame here bro) i reccomend covering every base reading every bit of info. dont jump into slin unprepared. remeber this is somthing that a small mistake can have big consequenses.

I say you really comb these boards and seek opinions from different sources (not just these forums) before getting into this stuff.

eek. i hate when i see people thinking about slin asking those questions. those are the basics and you need to do more research bro. and u said u have been out of the weightlifting stuff for a while, if so then u shouldn't even be thinking of slin. u don't need it!!!
