What is the best way to take the nolva from ir it is in a dropper. Thanks cj

Well I would use a clean syringe without the needle, or get a dropper that has measurements on it. That is if you want to be right on the money dosage wise.I always pull up a certain amount, works great!

Nope, that doesn't work for me,lol taste bad. I drop it into some grape juice, or grapefruit juice.
