  • How much fat do u take in a day?

    I'm taking in about 50-100grams of fat a day. Just wondering how many grams you guys are bringing in on your diets.

    75-125. Mostly natty PB, Avocados, Olive Oil, Flax, and whatever fat is on my steak and chicken

      With the two weight gainer shakes/day I have...just in those two shakes it's about 54 grams...but I eat pretty clean, so I'm sure it's under 100
      I bend but I do not break.

            my gains were slowing down in my cycle... i added like 6-7 teaspon flex oil to my diet and its moving up again...

            fat = good

                I really don't know and don't care. My metabolism is extremely high, so I really don't put on that much fat. I also take 8 Xenadrine's a day. Oh yea, I drink one gallon of green tea everyday too, it helps to burn off the fat.

                  Me too...I could eat a tub of butter and not put on a pound of fat...my mother and sister hate me for it

                    Im the same with you. 50-100 is about right. I never go more than 100 though. I like to supplement my fat with olive oil and cla. I take 1 gram cla with every meal and use olive oil to cook with. Very healthy fat.

                          exactly 300 calories except one day a month , then i would be scared to know.

                            I eat whatever but it has to be high in Protien. I burn fat easy because I got a fast metabolism. Im always active in things, the only problem is my stomach but I could get rid of it fast.

                              Hummm my fat has to be very low..
                              2 shakes 3grams each
                              3 egg whites (any fat?)
                              1 whole egg
                              roastbeef and turkey sandwich (no mayo just must)
                              2 hamburgers (15-25?)
                              or 2 chicken breasts (10-20?)
                              corn/potatoes plain/spinach etc

                              so I am around 70ish grams or so?
