Frontloading with prop is ok. It is quicker to get the blood levels up while the long esters are accumilating.

jumpstarting is simply using a short ester in the begining so u don't have to wait to see results. frontloading is taking alot more than the normal dose inorder to saturate the receptors to recieve maxium benefit asap. there is a difference

i thought FL was a technique used only in long esters - precisely because of their long half-lives. The more you take up front, the more hormone is released into your system across the half-life, right? So in theory, you would "peak" faster.

I've not heard anyone say before that FL was outdated though . . . i'm not necessarily endorsing FL, but I've just never heard that. I'd prefer to jumpstart anyway.

I KNOW WHAT TEH DIFFERENCE IS..but wt prop they usually jump it and not starting it
