    i just bought deca, sumone give me advice on this shit not sure how to use it to maximize its full use, dieting, and workout patterns

      Oh shit buddy, you need some RESEARCH!!!! But that's what everybody is going to be telling you on this thread, so I'll actually answer your question. Get some test, run it like this:

      Week 1 - 10: 500mg/week of test
      Week 1 - 10: 300mg/week of deca
      Week 13: start Clomid....have Nolva handy ALWAYS

      Workout like a fiend, and eat 'til you can't eat anymore....then eat some more.

      But do yourself a favour and PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do some research before you start this. How long have you been working out for anyway? What are your stats?

          193, 6'2, 18........i know sumwhat about this shit i have been workin out for a month now still got a little fat on my chest and abs but not much i workout real hard in the gym and eat rite and now i wanna "come to the dark side'

            You've been working out for just a month and already wanna juice?!?!? I believe no one should even consider juice without ATLEAST a year of consistent training (preferably more) I worked out consistently for five years before my first cycle. You can still make great gains naturally now. The people that respond best to steroids are the ones that establish a firm foundation naturally and start juicing only after coming close to their own natural genetic potential

              First, wait to use your gear for a while. You can gain quickly without using juice. Then, after you plateau somewhere about six months down the line, start your cycle. Truthfully, I think you should wait until you are at least 22 before shooting. Your natty test is high right now anyways. It's not really worth it to do your sauce right after you've just started lifting.

                            give it back or keep it,but your not ready to use it.Learn about proper liftin,supplements,and diet,then once you have built a base and have done your research go ahead and start.There is alot more to steroids then taking them.Good luck and stick around.

                              heres what i'm eating

                              4 egg whites/1 whole egg/slice of cheese omalet with a cup of oatmeal
                              3 hours
                              meso tech bar
                              3 hours
                              turkey/lettuce/tamato/mustard on wheat bread with a green apple
                              3 hours
                              myoplex shake
                              2 1/2 hours
                              chicken with mixed veggies
                              2 1/2 hours
                              one rice cake with peanut butter on it
                              gym
                              chicken with veggies
                              sleep
