I have been lazy of late...well that last 2 years. I went from 226 10% to 255 25%. I started working out again and am looking to do a cycle or 2. I have done deca-sust before and wa wondering what a good cutting cycle would be. I really just want my definition back. strength will follow. Any ideas....and Thanks in advance!

1. I would start a clean diet and work out for a while before starting any cycles. You never what will happen once your metabolism starts moving again. 2. No reason to run a cutting cycle yet because your body fat is too high. Work with number 1 for a while and then cycles can come. Eventually, you could to tren/prop, tren/prop/var/clen/t3.
