whats up everyone i havent been on in a long time ive been off the nector, but as you all know its impossible to stay away. im gonna go sustanon deca cycle but my question is if i do say 500 mgs of deca or even 400 mgs is it better to take it in 2 seperated shots instead on all at one once a week? and im doing 750mgs of sus a week also.. thanks

I split mine to 1/2 on mon.and 1/2 on thurs.

keep blood levels steady using it twice a week.

i have done it both ways and really couldnt feel a dif 1X a week. but i still go 2X a week just in case it does make a dif.

I would go twice simply to keep the amount of oil your shooting each time a little less since your probably already combining it with the sust.

Deca active half live is about 15 days, so it is not necessary to inject twice a wk. Some ppl do inject twice ew, but there really won't be any advantage in doing it.

the only reason to split it would be to dilute the test your shooting. and on monday u would shoot 2cc of deca and 1cc of test. thats a lot of oil and then u cant spot inject.

yes he is right but i like it 2x a week so i dont get a knot and too much oil in one spot as well....but u can...
