yeah bro some gear just hurts. u might get used to it and u might not. I adjusted tot he pain of the prop and the t-400 isnt bad after the 3rd week. heat the injection or cut it with something and rub the hell out of it.
Really, just the actuall area that would be hurting. tender to the touch, and a little tough to move that muscle sometimes (while lifting). But after about three days, it's gone....must be the batch and/or BA content.
