i have a skin fold on my nipps, looks a lil puffy but i thinks its from holding water. dropping body fat makes it go away alil.

Sounds like you have the same problem just a little worse bro. Nothing much you can do about it. Other than surgery.

Thing is I don't have anything behind them. It's like the skin is just stretched. Cause when it's cold they tighten up and look normal.
