  • Some Post Cycle questions.........

    1) After a cycle, what are some supplements or strategies one can use to maintain a large portion of the mass n strength he gained during his cycle......i.e. -- Cell-Tec, other suggestions......

    2) Let's say I've just completed a cycle of say Deca n Test, then can I begin a new cycle of say Primo for example, or must I rest by body COMPLETELY from any anabolics before beginning a new cycle of anything.....

      Jack is right..... I also hear that Glutimine and Creatine is great for post cycle....

        Clomid and keep up the good diet. That juice is still working a couple weeks after your last shot.

            With a deca cycle I'd go 4 weeks with clomid, instead of the usual 3.

              yep, and i would include clen, its anticatabolic, and you can still keep cals fairly high, as to not lose a lot of muscle, while the clen should negate some fat gain. I usually mess with my ratios, lower carbs about 10-15%, keep protein the same, and raise fat calories to compensate for carb cutting. So instead of 40/40/20 c/p/f. Its closer to 30/40/30 c/p/f. I have used this for succes, even after heavy bulking cycles, i keep my cals around 4k for the first two weeks. Id throw in some tribulus, creatine, tons of glutamine ( FYI u dont absorb to much of oral glutamine) and a good eca after clen.
