Here is one of my arm, sorry I had to block out some things! Not a great pic but here it is! YES i was jacked big time in the pic and thats only 20" big mikie has me beat, but I'l catch you some day!

as far as the people that have posted in member pics section. O2 got the ripped thing Mikes got the swole thing and Mr. Muscle and Stephou got the best of both.
but you have to take account into the height b/c the short guys always fill out so easily and can stay ripped.
so ill take mikes legs and chest, musles delts and arms, stephous abs, and O2 vascularity

squat - 555 lbs for 8 reps (i use a machine plate loaded sqaut so it is easier than BB)
i am training for my first show in July, it is a national qualifier, i am in the teen class, i am 18 now, turn 19 at the end of the month. This is my last year i could do this contest and i would really regret it if i didnt do it, so i have been busting my ass in the gym, and it is paying off. but i still need to get lean.
