    I am posting in this forum in hopes that more people will watch their intake of food closer. SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO many people just "wing it" and not really know how many calories, protein and carbs they take in!

    Depending on your diet/eating habits, some people would be surprised at how little they probably take in.

    It takes allot of protein for some of us big guys. Some days I get tired of eating. IMO you should always take in 1 protein per # of body weight or more and not all at the same time. Again IMO for most people, taking in 40- 50g protein is the max at one time, the rest is just wasted. I seem to get better results for 2g per # of body weight when I bulk, but that’s just me!

    Yea, when your anabolic levels are high, your ability to absorb more protein in a single sitting goes up too. But I like your #'s for the norm. I stay at 40 to 50 grams per meal and go up to 60 when on gear. Think about it, 50 grams for 6 meals is 300 grams. That's good for me, I only weight 235.

      Yep I agree on meals, but if its a drink I never go over 50-55, but thats just me! I also am 235 soon to be 250! lol

        thanks for the link, this is def. my week point. i'm convinced it is the reson why my gaines came to a halt
