  • need advice!!

    hey guys .. im going on a 12wk deca@ 600mg and 15 week test ethan@ 750 mg cycle soon.. running both QV products.. and i just have a question about my split.
    while on AS should u really try not to over train your body... how many days at the gym is to many? this is what my work out has looked like
    mon- chest shoulders abs
    tues- back abs
    wed- off
    thusday-legs
    fri -arms abs
    sat/sun -cardio

    and i was thinking about changing it to something like this..
    mon- chest, shoulders, thighs,abs
    tues- off
    weds- upper and lowe back, hams, abs
    thus-off
    fri -arms ,abs
    sat/sun- cardio
    or this?
    mon- chest, upper back
    tues- arms and shoulders
    weds legs
    thusday chest upper back
    fri-arms shoulders?
    sat cardio
    sun- off
    what do u guys think..?? also what do u guys prefer doing chest with tri and back with bis or chest with shoulders. and arms together? what combination seemed to work better for you.. i notice when i do arms on there own .. i get alot more intense pumps ? thanks

    Is this your first cycle? If not how many? what's you stats and goals? What's your eating look like? The more info you give the more someone can help you!

      Actually, the body repairs "faster" while on due to increased protein synthesis.

      All of those splits you mentioned work. Pick something and do it for a few weeks, then change it up. Just try to emphasize your weak points in your training.

        this is my 3rd cycle.. im 204 now 8 % bf .. my diet is fine.. ive been growing well . my goals are to gain some mass 12 lbs would be nice..

          cool, like hb said hit it hard and change it up some every few weeks and keep the protein comin!

            Since u are gonna recover fast from the protein synthesis i do this and this is whati'am doing now:

            monday: chest, abs
            tuesday back
            wens: legs
            thurs: shoulders
            friday: arms, abs
            and sat and sund off..

            train so heavy, i mean super heavy....and eat big time to grow and hit them hard and take a solid 2mns rest between each set....

              is your goal bulk or leaning up? if its bulk for the most part then i'd toss abs from the workout regimen. 12 lbs or more is definetly obtainable depending on how long your running the cycle and make sure you use post cycle pcts brah.
              I wasn't born with enough middle fingers.....
