arite guys....ive done my triceps before but only one head...neone have a diagram of where the other 2 heads r ....and where exactly to shoot....i dont wanna fuck up and spotinjections.com or whatver only shows one head injection...thanks

I only inject in the rear head of my tricep. Basically I hold my arm out straight and relaxed, and inject from the bottom up in the lowest point of my tri or the "peak"

wt the biceps u have to hit 3 spots... the head, inner and outer...
lay ur arm on the table and if u press in teh middle of the biceps, u will see a split that is the head,and the head is between the inner and the outer....

arite well siteinjections added a pic of another head of the tricep...but mike u r confusing me when u say u have to hit 3 spots wit the bi's......i thought it only had two heads...hence BIcep....

o and also wit pic number 3 on spotinjections.com.....since ure hitting the back (rear head )of ure tricep..im sure u have to worry alot more about hitting a veing or a nerve?...r there ne nerves that u can hit back there that can be really bad for u?

That site tells you the best places to hit for each muscle group. I personally wouldn't go trying new stuff. I thought about hitting my vastus medialus (inner quad) but there isn't anyone that recommends that site. No one can say why, but they all seem to agree not to go there.

ok, bro go back to spotinjection and take a look at pic one..U see one in red and one purple and tehy are showing as 1 and 2...hit both of them... and then u SEE A SPLIT IN BETWEEN, AND U NEED TO INEJCT THERE TOOTHAT IS GONNA BRING UR PEAK LIKE A BALL STICKING OUT OF UR ARMS

i have done it adn a lot of my friends done it..if i never done it or wasn't sure, i wouldn't give u my advice...when u lay ur arm, press on it wt ur thumb and u will feel the split and do it there...
but at teh end , it's ur call brother..

i think it has too many nerves. Plus it is just not as big and deep a muscle as the outer quad. Too bad the hamstrings are filled with a billion nerves. I could nto even imagine sticking a needle in the hams.

I GUESS FILL THEM OUT IF THEIR LACKING.
