  • Contest Preparation Time

    Weeks 1-10 Prop EOD 150mg
    Weeks 1-10 Primo. Depot PW 400mg
    Weeks 11-12 Susp. ED 100mg
    Days 1-50 Fina ED 100mg
    Weeks 7-12 Winny ED 50mg
    Weeks 9-12 Masteron EOD 100mg

    Weeks 1-2;5-6;9-10 Clen Up to 140mcg
    Weeks 3-4;7-8;11-12 ECA 25mg ephedrine/200mg caffeine; Twice daily
    Weeks 6-10 T-3 Up to 70mcg using the 5%/40%/55% rule.

    -3 days after last shot 300mg Clomid/2-7days after 100mg/8-21 50mg
    -May throw in HCG before starting clomid

    Diet (Subject to change):

    Meal 1) Breakfast
    1 pack oatmeal
    2 scoops nitrotech
    1 scoop celltech carb control

    Meal 2) 11 or noon
    7 oz chicken breast
    1 cup cooked rice

    Meal 3) 2 or 3 pm
    7 oz chicken breast
    1 cup cooked rice

    Meal 4) pre workout
    7 oz chicken breast
    1 cup cooked rice

    Meal 5) post workout
    1 Mesotech
    1 cell tech carb control

    Meal 6) before bedtime
    2 scoops nitro-tech

    Protein/Carbs/Fat/Cals
    280 / 253 / 12/ 2240

    ^ All Approx values and may add more healthy fats


    As weeks go on I will cut the rice down as to lower my total carb intake. Will throw in some green veggies as well.

    I know it's a lot of different substances and they may change as well because I don't know if I can or want to handle that many injections. I also will only use the t-3 if I see that I really need it. Critique away......

    yes i like ur dieting, i mean the food is perfect....
    question 4 u??? are u using suspension for 2 weeks only?????

      Yes, I'm switching my oil based test. to a water based test. I'm hoping the suspension will help to fill out the muscles and dropping the oil based test. will help myself from holding any unwanted water.

        why are you not running test longer with the fina???

            why are u runnig for 2 weeks only...???
            if i was u, i wouldn't do suspension and stay on the test and u said : u are worried to hold water, USE LASIX ur last 2 weeks and keep ur potassium up so u won't flatten out

              I think you guys may be confused. All of my times listed are based on the same starting date. I will be running the fina with the test. for the first 7 weeks. Just imagine the Days 1-50 being Weeks 1-7.

              Lasix is too harsh of a diuretic and the pill form is too hard to judge what will happen, if I ever used lasix it would be the injectable version where it is in and out of your system, but I don't see myself using lasix. During my last week of contest prep I will be using aldactone. My last week before competitions plan isn't layed out yet so I have not posted it.

              What do you see wrong with switching the test. ester the last 2 weeks? For the most part "test is test is test" Like I had said before though, I'm just switching for the water weight effect and because test susp. is suppose to help with the fuller muscle look which will be a plus while on stage.

                well if u have the right source taht u trust, lasix is amazing and i know it's dangerous and ur blood will get thick, i know that ... and aldac is very good one tooo..... and totally i understand test is test, but switching oil base to water base(and water base for 2 weeks is not gonna do the trick.....) hit it at least 5 weeks of water base adn i know it's painful.....

                  I know what lasix can do, it would be prescribed to me from a doctor if I would get it but as far as using it for a bodybuilding competition it is very unpredictable as to how it will effect you. I know it is a potassium depleting diuretic and I would have to supplement with potassium but the fact of the matter is that it could still mess me up that last week which would not be good at all.

                  With the extremely short half life of susp. how can you say it's not going to have any effect in two weeks (it's actually going to be 20 days and not two weeks, forgot to change that) ? The prop. and susp. ester are both short acting esters but susp. is much shorter than prop., I will already have the test. introduced into my body so it's not like I will be starting from scratch and planning on seeing some odd results in 3 weeks. The only results I will be looking for due to the switch is a lessening of water retention due to the oil based test. and a more full muscle look that the susp. is known for bringing. Not trying to argue with you on this one, just trying to understand your logic and get you to understand mine.

                      bro, i'am not arguying wt u, i have done suspension b4 and yes it got me big without holding water, but ran it for a solid 6 weeks and i said why switch since u said u were gonna do it for 14 days and u never mentioned 20 days (like stated in the above)...it's like saying i wanna do anadol or dbol for 2 weeks, and i can tell u, u ain't gonna get big unless u hit it at least 4 weeks and max 6 weeks and then time off....
                      but i see ur point as well...no prob..good luck and keep us updated bro...
