        kinda funny ....your scared the very first time you shot in your glutes then after the first time your like ah that was easy, then when it is time to try a new place your just as scared as you where the very first time.
        hope my ass don't give out me for while

          lol, yeah my glutes scared me to death...but i guess not bad at all in quads but i'am sore though...it ok, at least i can give my ass a nice SUMMER BREAK, loloololololo

              Congrats bro. I'm usually a little bit sore after I stick in my quad. Nothing you can't handle. I advise NOT to shoot Prop in your quad. Worst feeling EVER!!!!! Down with Prop!!!

                  i'am a prop hater, NO LIKEY LIKEY, and since i shot eq, it went smooth and the other leg wt omendren(has prop, that's the sore one) :p

                    Next time Mikey try the Sustanon Nile from Organon or the Karachi. It is around same price and is real smooth. Prob with the Omas is that it is made in Poland and their manufacturing processes are said to be not as sterile causing more impurities. While on other hand Organon is a very big pharma giant with money to burn. I put pic in the anabolic picure forum awhile back if you want to take a look.

                        Mikey, the omnas are treating me just fine, just get kind of sore from the short esters. I like the soreness though, kind of hurts but feels good at the same time. Try it in the biceps.

                            Quads are my favorite...once you find your sweet spot, they will be the smoothest ones

                              I love quads too, total control. The best way is sitting on a bed or something, and putting a small pillow under the knee so the knee is just a 1/2 inch or so from lock out. I find this eliminates most any jerks when you hit a nerve. If you hit a nerve, just try to slightly angle it a different way, maybe 1/2mm. You can hit quads 6 days a week. Upper, lower and middle on both right and left.
