It could just be from drinking lots of water during the day. But you'd know if it was prostate-related. It feels different. You have the urge to urinate about every 10 minutes, even if you don't necessarily need to actually urinate.

I had this happen to me the last time I was on fina. It went away after I stopped the fina.

I use Ambien for this problem and for me it is great. I fall asleep in 10-15 min and feel very rested after 7 hours. The problem I was concerned about is the urination during the night. I always have to get up at least once ( possibly since I am an old fart ) and had a haed time getting back to sleep. Ambien took care of it......not a deep sleep so you piss the bed, just a restful sleep.

Oh yeah, and lately I've been getting some minor leg cramps in the middle of the night too? Anyone experience this? I'm guessing its part my grueling leg workout and partly Winny to blame.
IMO if you're drinking a ton of water during the day b/c of your cycle, then getting up at night to pee would be perfectly normal.

For falling asleep (as earthy as it may be), I like green tea. It has a lot of L-Theanine, which can have a calming effect on the body.

For the leg cramps, try eating bananas. Hope this helps. Peace.

You took the words right out of my mouth. Ambien has to be one of the safest drugs on the market. Do you suffer from sleep apnea at all?

Do get some melatonin. That stuff works great and you wake up feeling like normal. I usually take 1mg.

Get some ZMA-PM and take before bed. You will sleep like a baby and it helps your body heal. I personally swear by the stuff.
