I'm having a lot of problems falling asleep at night. And I keep waking up like 2 times in the middle of the night to pee or eat. What's up with that? Is it the Winny or fina?
Oh yeah, and lately I've been getting some minor leg cramps in the middle of the night too? Anyone experience this? I'm guessing its part my grueling leg workout and partly Winny to blame.
Are you tossing and turning all night? Or trying to fall a sleep at 10 and finally doing it at 2? If the second one is your problem try staying up all night and all day 'till 10pm then hit the hay. It worked for me. If the fina is keeping you up try some diazepam or Xanax. Don't take it every night because it won't be as effective.
I just heard over the radio that calcium magnesium might do the trick in helping you relax and get a good nights rest. I'll look into it a little more but it's something you could look into.
cal/mag works in a minor way. IMO melatonin is the way to go. 3mg and you're out, wake up feeling normal too. Some herbal routes that are effective include chamamile, kava kava, and valarian.

I use plain diphenhydramine Hydrochloride (benadryl) in 25 mg tablet form, same formula as Tylenol Pm, but w/o the acetaminophen. I get 70 tabs for 5 bucks. When in the midst of a cycle I use Ambien (10mg), but you need a script. Melatonin never really did it for me.
A simple, possible, solution could be to eat right before bed if this is ok for your goals. This has always helped me. You're not taking clen are you? That or any ECA could effect your sleep patterns. Hot showers can also be effective. I would attempt to avoid sleep aids at all costs.
