arite guys....so i know most people say the only way to get rid of gyno is thru surgery....but on the other hand i have heard of alot of people using different methods of using high amounts of nolva and a low dose of arimi or other estrpgen inhibitor....i have a little ball with alittle fat tissue around it in my right nipple and would love to try and reduce it before i go back on....what r some other ways to reduce it....ne otc products that werk?

    Re: getting rid of...

Like you've said... some people have had luck with this, others havn't. Theoreticaly it's not possible. Once breast tissue has developed, there's no going back. But who's to argue with the many people who have claimed it helped?

Nolva seems to be what everyone uses. Depending on your body weight, I'd try 60-80mg every day for a month to see what happens. Mixing in an anti-aromatose like arimadex may help.. just be careful when running large amounts of anti-estrogens for an extended period of time. It can really throw your blood lipids off.

i have gotten gyno a few times. each time the lump went away but not the pec fat. hopefully by the end of this summer i will be around 10% bf so i will see just how much pec fat goes away. but i doubt i will be happy. i talked to one guy who claims when he was at 6% he still had bad puffy nips and pec fat. so the knife just might be in my future

yea im highly considering to get the knife too man....from what i hear after u get it removed u dont even have to worry about ever getting it again right?...that means no need on extra funds for estrogen blockers

Thank god my first cycle was after the aromitase inhibitors where brought to market (arimidex). Never had a problem but I would never start a cycle without a healthy supply.

i have never had a bump or ball in my pecs but i have a lil skin fold on my nips, and im 8%bf, maybe ill try to get to an unhealthy 4-5% and see if it goes away.
