    What are some real examples?

    Thanks in advance.

CRUISING IS WHEN YOU DONT COMPLETELY COME "OFF". YOU DROP DOWN TO A VERY LOW DOSE FOR A WHILE AND THEN BUMP BACK UP TO YOUR NORMAL CYCLE.

SOME FOLKS CRUISE ON DBOL ALONE, SOME CRUISE ON LOW DOSES OF TEST...

PERSONALLY, I DO BETTER ON MY NEXT CYCLE WHEN I COME COMPLETELY OFF. THEN START FRESH.

they are both the same thing but the cruise part comes from the blast and cruise theory. which when crank stops dyin from the flu i'm sure he will chime in cause he is a big fan of it

I'm with O2. Letting your receptors get "clean" seems like your body will be more conducive and receptive to the next cycle. Just my .02

The cruise and blast method may be useful for someone competing 3-4 times a year, but for your average guy, you will get better results by coming off and being clean for a while. Plus you dont run into the problem of ever escalating doses being needed.

it just means you never come off, younever let your body recover and start maintaining homeostasis naturally. unless you compete, cannot see the need to do that.

and i also agree with these guys. after years of long cycles and such i think its much better to clean out ur system before starting again. for me the sides compounded more than my gains did. in other words yes my gains might have been more easily kept, but all my sides never completely went away so those came back quicker and stronger each time

Is this about the third ear you started growing on your neck?

and remember "time on = time off"...i know its terribly hard to do. as soonas im done with one cycle, i cant wait to get back on the next. but do your body a favor and properly come off so you will get that much more out of your next cycle.

i agree wt every1 but i do like what raven and o2 said: take time off will lead to a better resutls and especially when ur receptoR ARE CLEAN.

u can cruise, bridge, supercharge it and drop NOS to it, it ain't gonna lead to better results, teh enigne will get messed up after a while and won't function well...same thing wt ur liver/receptors and so forth....
