SOME1 BEEN nagging the fuck out of me to take gh like 45 mns before my workout and i tried it last nite, but fuckkkkkkkkkkkkk it never again........
1: i was soooo weak
2: i got so sleepy
3:the worse thing is that my body ached and my joints were screaming as shit
i take it in the morning and then after my gym.......(best way to go in stomach)
I think the GH/insulin resistance thing occurs over time? Why in the world you would want to take GH which has a very short half-life before a wourkout as oppossed to post wourkout where you can use it in conjunction with your post wourkout drink which will promote an unsulin response is beyond me. I guess we all have our theories and think we can build a better mouse trap. Do what feels right for you. GH makes me sleepy too. Nighty night

this is an article on GH i have been working on, it takes all the advice from the top vets on GH and has been thoroughly checked and also provides citings so u can look at the info and studies urself if u want. this was made to benefit all who are looking into starting GH or need basic info on it. i am not trying to take credit for it since most of the ideas in here are either common knowledge or by MOD or Ironmaster, this is only till ironmaster can get a book out with all his info on it. If anyone has anything ot add to it please do so, its only to help out hte iron brotherhood, enjoy, and merry xmas

My guess is you went hypoglycemic due to the GH. Were you drinking a carb/protein shake while working out?
yes i was, but i disagree wt u, one time i was getting into hypo when i was taking slin and didn't eat enough carbs/sugar after my gym ......i was getting pale, sweaty and i was shaking as well and my vision was blurry, but i learned my lesson back then..... i always eat 170 grams wt cargs and 150 sugar always no matter what...

GH can cause HYPERglycemia, or insulin resistance, i.e. your blood sugar is too high unlike HYPO where your bloodsugar is too low. Carbs (especially simple ones) are only going to make it worse and over time can perpetuate type 2 diabetes. Some symptoms of hyperglycemia are fatigue and dehydration (achy joints, dry mouth, itchy skin).
What you may be thinking of is hypothyroidism where the thyroid does not produce enough T3/T4. GH can also cause this and thus is the benefit to people who use either in conjunction with GH.
Many sources say the optimal time to take GH (or IGF) is before bedtime as that is when your body normally secretes GH on its own. If it were hypo you needed to be worried about then taking it before bed would be the last thing you wanted to do.
Mikey, what you are experiencing is fairly normal. Although, it would probably be a good idea to get a blood glucose monitor and test regualrly. I believe readings should be below 180 1-2 hours post meal. If you ever get a reading above that test again in an hour, if it is still that high you should stop the GH and talk to your MD.
Drink plenty o'water and forget about sugary drinks or simple sugars altogether for that matter.
morning injections are best and you can go hyper and hypo from hgh, but i sounds more like hyper with mikey. mikey did you get nauseous?
this one has got me a bit confused. when i get hyper its not something that comes on very quickly. usually about 2-3 weeks of hgh i start getting hyper. fatigued, dehydrated, sore joints etc... but it comes on kinda gradually. 3-4 days of taking 25mcg of t3 takes care of it. now as far as hypo that happened to me my last cycle of hgh. i was on for 6 months. approx month 6 i started getting hypo between meals and if i didn't eat RIGHT BEFORE i worked out it would get bad. also for about 2 months after i stopped hgh i kept getting the same thing, i couldn't go much longer than 2 hours with out eating. i'm still looking to correct that somehow during my current hgh cycle. i'm about to order a book on using hgh when u don't have a deffieciency....hopefully that will help us
cool.... that never happenend to me b4, i'am on my 7 th week of gh, and eddie, it is unreal, very tight, veins, and denser look.... and my skin looks like a paper thin...... i haven't used t3 yet, starting in 2 weeks for 4 weeks... and then come back on the slin :smiliecol :smiliecol :smiliecol
