IMO money is better spent on test or tren. Unless you just have a ton of money to blow, more results will come from the potent cheap steroids.I eat at least 6 times a day to build my body

I used some long r igf-1 before and didn't notice a an ounce of change. Some people say you have to eat like 3x your bodyweight in protein but I only ate 2 times mine. I sure as hell am not going to try to eat that much protein everyday though. If the stuff was worth a damn it should have worked for me. You will get a mixed response on this one. hey the reason why i asked if it were sub q or not is because i have heard really good things about people site injecting into such places as thier bi's and tri's and having more than inch of growth from just a few weeks....but dont quote me on this cuz i dunno if they were telling the truth...im gonna try it out and see what happens ill let u guys now....im gonna shoot just in my arms and measure them before and after and let u guys knowComment
