Hey bros hope all is well. Here in the next few weeks Im having neck surgey. There goin to do a 360 fusion on C5 C6 . My question is if anybody has had this done or has anybody known of this done? How long is the recovery and will I be able to power lift once this is over .Thanks ahead of time.

Man good luck. The neck and spine are scary injuries to me.I eat at least 6 times a day to build my body
