I too am not too gifted in the arm department when considering how they look.

What works well for me is giving arms their own day at the gym. I do legs, chest/back/shoulders, arms.

You are 5'11" 215. arms just over 16" is about right. I think you are jumping the gun with the synthol.

6 sets bi's and 6 sets tri's, spot injecting in the bi's and tri's during your AAS cycle, and at least 4 days rest in between arm workouts. try drop sets on your last set. Change your exercises up every few weeks.

jees that guy looks gross..the one bicep looks ok but look at the other one...how the fuck is he smiling when his arm looks like that?....ummm ight so big mike...can i skip the part wit all the veins in the tri?..kinda scared ill go in a vein...i hear u only have to hit 2 heads of the tri but what do u think?

bro, all waht i can tell u, STAY AWAY FROM SYNTHOL, there is no reason to hide it and tell ya don't do it...i'am being honest 2 u...stay away from it...and 2 answer to ur question u need to do the tricep all 3 wayS coz u don't wnat to have aN abnormal looking triceps, one side is big adn the other is small............my last WORDS TO U STAY AWAY FROM IT AND IT IS UR CALL....
