    This will be my summer cycle......diet is dead on...cardio everyday...I know the var doseage is a little low but Its all I got and I figure the other doseges will compensate:

    Weeks 1-10: Sustanon 250 mgs every other day
    Weeks 1-10: Primo depot 100 mgs every other day
    Weeks 1-6: Anavar 25 mgs everyday
    Weeks 8-13: Winnie 50 mgs everyday
    Weeks 1-13: A-dex .5 everyday
    Weeks 13-15: Clomid therapy

    Stats: 28y/o 200 lbs, 5'5" 13 years training, BF @ 10%, 4th cycle. Please no comments on how Test E, or prop is better....I like Sust!!!!!!!!!

    I think your sustanon dose is a little high at 875mg/wk (250mg EOD)

    How about 3x per week (750mg/wk)?

    I would run your aquadex (liquidex, whatever) right until the end of clomid therapy (week 15)

    I also think you should have a longer break between your orals. How about cutting the anavar back to weeks 1-5 and upping the dose to 30mg ED?

    Overall it looks like a well planned cycle.

      When you say diet dead on, Im curious to what your "dead on" approach is.

                I like it personally. Get your blood values checked about week 10 IMO.

                At 5'5" 200lbs 10%, I think he knows what his body responds to.

                  I like the advice about the var...Ill run it for 5 weeks instead of 6 at 30 mgs a day...Im doing sust eod at 250 mgs to keep my blood levels more constant...thanks alot guys...Im gonna start in late april...and Ill post results and pics

                      You say you know how to diet, which is all well and good, but Im curious to your approach? How many cals? How many carbs? Carb timing, etc? You seemed sort of defensive, I was asking a simple question.

                        I wasnt being defensive...howd you get that from me saying ...I know how to diet....My cutting diet is as follows:

                        WAke up: Hydroxycut or other thermogenic
                        500 Mg Vitamin C
                        32 oz Water
                        45 min-1 hr cardio
                        Meal 1: Protein Shake: 60 mg Whey protein
                        1 banana
                        16 oz water
                        Meal 2: 10 egg whites/ 2 yolks
                        fat free cheese
                        1 cup oatmeal
                        4 slices ultra lean turkey bacon
                        32 oz water
                        Multivitamin
                        Milk thistle
                        calcium supplement
                        Meal 3: 2 chicken breasts
                        1 cup brown rice
                        1 apple
                        1000 mg flaxseed oil
                        32 oz water
                        Preworkout: 5 gms creatine
                        5 gms glutamine
                        16 oz Gatorade
                        32 oz water
                        Postworkout: Protein Shake: 60 gms whey protein
                        1 banana
                        5 grams creatine
                        5 grams glutamine
                        16 oz water
                        16 oz gatorade
                        32 oz Water
                        Meal 4: 16 oz lean steak
                        1 sweet potato
                        green salad with 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
                        32 oz water
                        Meal 5: protein shake: 60 gms whey protein
                        16 oz water
                        500mgs vitamin C
