How much is too much/ NOLVA

question: I know that if you take nolva during your cycle to keep gyno minimized it will hinder your gains. What im wondering is what are the ratios for that? For example: If some one is taking 400mg of test or whatever/ week. Than does that mean it would take 400mg of nolva that week to cancel out the test completely? (I know someone wouldnt use 400mg of nolva, its just a hypothetical to ask what the ratios are for cancelling out the effects)

10 -30 mg depending on ur body....
i would say 20 mg of nolv is good wt a 400 mg

mike is talking 10-30mg every day here. I don't believe the tale that nolva hinders gains either. It pretty much just "hinders" the aromatization to estrogen. I have used it during and not used it. I liked using it during the duration of the cycle.

I too think it is fine to use a small dose while "on". Although it wont stop or hinder aromatization, it will occupy receptor sites, and make the chance for gyno close to nil, relative to a sane dose.

I bloat a lot less when using throughout as well.

i dont have much juice experience but arimidex killed my gains while on test e. granted it was probably the sudden loss of water that cut the strenth gains, it also made my muscles so tight they hurt.

other than a low dose of nolva i wont use anti-e's unless i have to.
