That happens to me when I'm on d-bol. I'll play video games and have to straighten my arms out and let the blood flow. Also have woken up with numb arms. I think it could also have something to do with retaining water, not sure though.

D-bol cause my arms to go numb , if my wife lays on my shoulder my whole arm falls asleep.

Really? My arms always go numb. I read that it could be related to high blood pressure but my blood pressure is normal so I have no clue what it could be because today was my first time on gear and the numbness has been occuring for the past few months. Somewhere I read that aspertame can cause numbness but I don't drink any aspertame substances that often.

yea mike for me its just a part of being big i know when i
sleep in 1 position for a long time i become numb from lack
of circulation especally from shoulders to arms even fingers
i just switch sides or sleep on back usually helps also check
your mattrtess i switch to sleep comfort matress and sleep
                without the problems.

BIG MIKE THIS DOESN'T SOUND TO SERIOUS MATTER OF FACT I ASKED MY NOUERALOGIST ABOUT THIS BECAUSE I WAKE UP A COUPLE TIMES A NITE A COUPLE TIMES A WEEK AND I CAN'T EVEN MOVE MY ARM I COULD PROBABLY STICK A LONG PIN RIGHT THRU IT AND NOT FEEL A THING IT TAKES ABOUT 5-10 MINUTES TO REGAIN FEELING AFTER TRYING TO PICK IT UP AND SHAKE IT AROUND, BY THE BY I HAVE NEVER CYCLED BEFORE SO IN MY CASE THE GEAR DEFINATELY WOULD NOT BE AFFECTING THIS. MY DOCTORS EXPLAINATION IS JUST SLEEPING ON IT WRONG IF YOU SLEEP ON YOUR SIDE THIS IS A BIG FACTOR IN THIS. AS WELL WHEN YOU HAVE BIG ARMS AS YOU DO IT IS EASIER TO CUT OFF CIRCULATION TO THE LOWER ARM WITH JUST A SLIGHT BEND AT THE ELBOW. THERE COULD BE OTHER COMMON EXPLANATIONS FOR THIS AS WELL AS A PINCHED NERVE IN YOUR NECK OR SHOULDER OR EVEN SIGNS OF CARPAL TUNNEL. GOOD LUCK W/ THE NUMBNESS BRO.
