Break it up. Every 6 to 8 hours would be best.

Well..maybe every 9 hours...??

I've always gone every 6 and it seems to work very well.

its tough to make it a quality liqiud, you are better off making it capsules at 40mg per cap take 2-3 caps per day divided evenly of course.

Caps are pretty cheap, it will add costs, but it's still cheaper then buying tablets.

Hey Sledge,

Obviously you know much better than I in regard to the problems associated with suspending an active in liquid, but I would have thought that using flax oil or something would be easy and work well for something like powder var.

What problems come up that make it tough??
