Anyone else here only eat 4 meals/day (Inc. P. Shakes)???

  • Anyone else here only eat 4 meals/day (Inc. P. Shakes)???

    I recently switched and I feel soooooooooo much better! Zero bloat whatsoever anymore!!!!

    60-70 grams Protein each meal = 240-280 grams/day!

    It's plenty........GOD I FEEL GREAT!

    By the way, I used to do: 5-6 meals/day (inc P.shakes) in 50 Gram/Protein doses instead! ALWAYS bloated!

    no i eat evry 2 hrs so 8 times ed i never feel bloated and am hungry all the time

        I eat 6 times a day, sometimes 5, every 3 hours.

            For me, 5 times/day - 380 to 400g protein. Eat, Eat, Eat, and get Big, Big, Big!

              i eat 5 to 6 meals a day.. i'd eat more times a day but work gets in the way... and i'm always hungry

                I eat every 4hrs, light and VERY "clean" meals. I try to throw a shake in once a day.

                            bro u might feel better but do u really think u can digest 70g of protein in one meal? u probibly shit most of it...

                              I eat about 350 cals 5 times a day, except post workout that is around 650cals.
                              Some are blessed with good genetics, most are blessed with good dealers!!!!
