Bro, go sus only on your firt one, that's great that others did sus and deca on their first. But why overload your receptors once they handle all they can you possibility of side effects goes up. It looks like you hols b/f in the chest area, so start with one compound only. Save the deca for your next cycle.

Again, I see this chart of sustanon uptake. It is a load of crap. It indicates that on day one you have 190mg out of the 250mg "instantly" in the bloodstream. Total BS. Someone needs to do their homework in exponential decay functions.

no one i know has ever heard of sust coming in anything besides an amp. i have used the brand you got so it is real, but the quality just doesnt seem to be there.
and generally amps are alot safer because bottles seem to be easier to fake.
then again this is only based on my one time use of that brand and from my limited but growing knowledge of gear.
