  • What is an effetive dose of insulin?

    Greetings,
    I know everyone will require different amounts, but what is the minimum a person probably needs to see good results (post workout)?

    5'10'' 187 lbs.

    Just got done cutting for a while. Lost about 10 lbs of fat. I'm very pleased, but I feel tiny. I've done 2 I.U.'s and 4 I.U.'s. I'm going to try 6 I.U.'s after my next bicep workout. I'm kind of worried about excess fat gain because after my 4 I.U. shot I ate around 150g of carbs, so I would like to get the dose up to 8 I.U. or 10 I.U. on workout days (3x a week). Any advice in this area?

    just up it 2 iu ed untill you get to 10iu

      150g is over doing it, work up to 10 iu

        in all honesty, if you just finished cutting, i'm not sure slin is the way to go, I am 21 and have never put on an ounce of fat (I was 6'1 and 145 when i started) in my entire life until, 3-4 days of slin and i had small love handles developing, If you are gonna do it anyway, avoid all fat before and after you shoot and watch the carb intake, too much and you will put on fat quickly. I personally dont like to watch my carb intake, just eat, eat, eat.

              Alright alright. I think the 150g carb thing was overindulgence. Like I said, I just got done dieting for 5 weeks, 3 of those low carb. I've had SEVERE gastric problems since I started immediately bulking, and overeating. I went from about 1800 cals/day to around 4500 cals/day. Anyway, I am only going to use slin at 8 I.U. max on workout days. Someone give me an opinion on this I have 2 plans since it's summer:

              1) 3-4 days a week, on workout days, bulk like it's my job. Insane amounts of clean foods. Also use slin to slam pack my muscles with the proper nutrients right away. On the other days, 15 minutes cardio in the morning and light cardio at night, along with onlyh 2000 calories or so. I know the body recovers even on days when you don't workout, but I figure the majority is on the day that you actually do the working out.

              2) Bulk for 3-4 weeks and cut for 2.

                Try to be careful w/ that slin my brother. I don't fully understand what you're talking about and trying to accomplish IMHO.
