EQ = LEAN MASS, LESS WATER, VERY VASCULAR, MORE KEEPABLE GAINS, BETTER FOR CUTTING
DECA = WATERED DOWN LOOK, GOOD STRENGTH GAINS, DREADED DECA DICK, BETTER FOR BULKING
TAKE IN MIND THIS IS HOW I RACT TO THEM...EVERYONE IS DIFFERENT

To me it's like compareing dbol to winny.
Deca will produce more strength and size, but causes bloat.
EQ tends to produce lean mass and aids in vascularity and some weight loss (if you can resist the hunger).RIP BigJim33 & GearedUp: You are sorely missed my friends.
Hindsight is always 20/20. But looking back it's still a bit fuzzy.Comment

deca for me gives me good strength alot of water and my recovery is harder
eq gives me good strength, no water, veins start poppin out of my teeth, and my recovery is nice and smoothComment

I would say EQ also. Deca well my wife told me to never buy it again. But if you take deca with the right stuff it want bother you as bad. I did have some bloat with it as well. But great gains. What do you want to do, bulk or or get lean muscle? That would be the question.Comment

ok i didnt read what ppl said above im lazy right now...
ok alot of ppl say u should use both at the same time...i like eq better BUT i always add like 100 to 200mg of deca to lube up my joints..it helps alot...
now about cuttin and bulkin
both can be used for both...but i think eq is a little better for cuttin...but its all in ur diet
