If you are having trouble staying logged in when navigating between forums/topics/etc., you need to reset your session cookie. Go into your browser and delete any cookie for the site them log back in. This should fix the login issue.
After my first shot of deca, I usually feel it working around
day 21. I plan on using 500-600mg/wk. Should I begin
with this dose or build up to it towards day 21? Thanks for your opinions.
Well I already know that your running ICN's with it...so just keep it at 500mg/wk for the duration of the cycle...don't bother raising it or lowering especially with your background in AS.
