    I may have it

    Tell me what you think for first cycle looking for 15-20 lbs of good solid and strenght gains with min sides

    250 mg sust for 10 weeks
    25 mg var for 8 weeks start 2 weeks in
    clomid post

    one quest with sust since it has long esters in it sould i wait 2 or 3 weeks for post cycle and should i have nolva on hand during just in case

    I got a better one....

    400mg of test enanthate a week for 12 weeks.
    Doesnt get any simpler, or more effective than that!

        500 mg of sustanon, twice a week

          yup what they said. if u already have the sust then do 500mgs a week and thats it. and yes you are correct about when to start PCT. and i would also do 20mgs a day of nolva during the PCT along with the clomid

                      I think the var would be wasted better in cutting program
