hey bros i was in the gym today and a couple of guys were talking as i was coming in .(talking instead of training). they were talking about how anyone can get on as and get huge. i told them just because u take as dont mean anyone will be the next ronnie coleman or lee priest.genetics still play a role in it.whats everyones opinion?
genetics play a role. a big role and it pisses me off because my genetics are horrendous. AS are not a miracle drug that will automatically make you huge and ripped. it takes a dedicated diet, training, and rest system that you have spent time and effort perfecting. tell them to eat shit.

yea bros pissed me off to. i walk in and instead of working out their talking . u prob see that type in the gym to. stand around and cry . takes 2 hrs to do 4 sets of bench
No sense arguing with people like that. One of my freinds says that shit all the time and I think he used to do it just becasue he knew it botherd me. Now just agree with people and say "yeah, people should do it like me I'm all natural and I'm 230lbs."lol
my gym at home was like that. bunch of beach-muscle tools. well i guess i cant knock beach muscles- thats what i look like i work at- but i lift everything and im just lucky enough to have the genetics to be very very lean without eating clean at all.
but yea man, i feel your pain. some people just suck.
